Ever had a day where you just wanted to eat an entire cake? I was playing around with the kids and decided to dig in. This cake is leftover from our small group and we had to bring it home. It was a casualty of the diet, so it went down the drain, but playing with it was a lot of fun. If it looks good to you, you can find it in the Lady and Sons cookbook. It's Coconut Cream Cake. It was VERY yummy.
I really got them going with this one! Nobody was expecting me to take a face full. Boy, it's fun to let your hair down sometimes:)
