Home Sweet Home!!!

Check out these pics of our new place!!!!!  We signed for it today and got the keys.  It was pretty exciting to get in there and see it.  Now we just have to wait for our household goods to be delivered on the 10th.  I don't know how I'll be able to stand it!!!!!

Pic of the front.  We have a two car garage and both cars actually fit!

The living/dining room.  Yes! That is carpet!!

The computer nook.  This area is in a hall between the kitchen and the garage.  It's a big enough space to hold my sewing desk as well.

Built-in bench and rack just inside the garage door.  It's the same area as the computer desk.

The laundry room.  We will actually have room to turn around in this one.  We have a utility sink, too.  That will come in handy!

The kitchen island/family room area

View of the kitchen from the family room(note the water/ice dispenser in the refrigerator door!)  We have a gas stove now.  This will be something new for me!  

The bedroom Paige claimed as hers.  The kids bedrooms are all basically the same size.

The walk-in closet off of the master bathroom.  You can't see it, but there is a huge space behind the door, too.

The back of the house from the yard.  Yes, the yard is dirt right now.  The landscaping is being done after people are moved in, to get people in faster.  They are doing a really great job of planting a wide variety of trees, bushes and perennials.  When the yard is done, we will have a privacy fence enclosing the back.

This is the community center.  The housing office for the area is located in here, as well as a fitness center that is outfitted with several treadmills, elliptical machines and nautilus machines.  There is also a room that you can sign out for parties and meetings, a sitting area with a fireplace and a kitchen.  Behind it is a skate park that we have seen a lot of kids using.  It will be about a five minute walk from our house.
