Busy, Busy, Busy!

Yesterday, Devin's class had their annual 'Survivor' day.  Scott and I went out for a bit to see how things were going.  Devin is taking part in a relay here, where they have to take off their shoes and then find them again.

Paige participated in 'Survivor' for her third year.  The first year was for her sixth grade class, last year and this year as an instructor and helper.  She and another girl taught a class on first aid.

Last night, Drew, Paige and Scott went to a Webelo Scout crossover ceremony.  Drew helped with the ceremony and Paige and Scott were there for 'fun'.

Here Drew, Hal and Henry are dressed up in ceremonial garb.

This morning we were up early to participate in the annual 'JAKES Day'.  The kids were able to do archery, riflery, trap and 'fishing'.  Here, Drew shoots a .22 caliber rifle.

Devin shot quite a bit as well.  I think that it was probably his favorite activity.  Now he wants a .22 caliber rifle for his birthday.

Devin practicing his archery.  It's been a while since we had practice and all the kids were a little rusty.  Good thing we have practice on Tuesday!

Paige shooting.  She had arrows everywhere!  It was pretty entertaining:)  The kids got tickets each time they participated in an event and won door prizes.  Paige won a frisbee and Devin won some fishing lures and a water bottle.  Drew didn't get any door prizes, but he did take first place in the archery competition!
